We operate within the MADC (Moves / Additions / Deletions / Changes) maintenance environment and can adapt our service provision to your requirements.
Our SLA’s are generally in accordance with a next business day service but can also provide 8 or 4 hours if required.
Our customers satisfaction is paramount to the success of the company and to this end our SLA’s and our recognised excellence as an MSP are deemed as extremely importance to all support staff.
Melford also provide Professional Services in the form of project work, such as design, manufacture and deployment of monitors, digital signage, kiosks and totem system and integration for our growing customers list.
We also provide a software design to ensue full functionality of your products such as kiosks or digital signage. We also provide full CMS capable of remote monitoring our deployments in the field.
