Self-Service Kiosks

What Are Self-Service Kiosks?

Self-service kiosks, also referred to as touch screen or interactive kiosks, are designed to be operated by customers without assistance from staff members. They typically feature large touch screens and can usually be mounted in a variety of ways, to ensure maximum accessibility. More advanced self-service kiosks will also offer integrated peripherals – including receipt printing, scanning, payment devices and more.

Self-service kiosks provide the opportunity to transform the customer experience, reduce costs and save space, and as a result they are seeing ever increasing popularity across multiple sectors including retail, hospitality, leisure, healthcare, banking, travel, and public services.
